3.1 Ownership: Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its intellectual property, including but not limited to software, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting Customer any rights to Company's intellectual property.
Confidentiality Both parties agree to treat any non-public information disclosed during the course of this Agreement as confidential. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
Limitation of Liability to the extent permitted by applicable law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of its services.
Term and Termination This Agreement shall remain in effect until either party terminates it by providing written notice to the other party. Any termination shall not affect the rights and obligations accrued prior to the termination date.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
