2.1 Fees: Customer agrees to pay the fees associated with the services provided by Company as outlined in the pricing schedule or as agreed upon separately in writing.
2.2 Invoicing and Payment: Invoices will be sent to the Customer according to the agreed billing cycle. Customer agrees to make payments in a timely manner as specified in the invoice.
2.3 Taxes: Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or other governmental charges related to the services provided by Company.
